FEATURE FRIDAY ✨This week we are spotlighting our FEATURE FRIDAY ✨This week we are spotlighting our wonderful chef, Chloe Fields! Let’s get to know her:👇 What inspired you to become a chef? I’ve ALWAYS loved food. Lol. I’ve loved that there’s endless things to learn, methods to try, taking something simple and making it a star. The thing I love most about food is the way it brings people together. Food can quite literally bring a world that seems so far away, right into your kitchen! Or it can simply change someone’s bad day or broken heart, into something that makes them smile. Even if it’s for that brief moment. Which when you think about it, isn’t so simple at all. Cooking to me, is love. I think it’s what the world needs more of, togetherness... and if I can be even the smallest part of that, how lucky am I... 😊 Favorite menu item? Umm all of it! Lol. If I had to pick, it’s the ooey gooey for me. I love our pimento cheese. And paired with the candied bacon and pickled red onions... girl stop... 🔥 What’s your favorite meal to cook for your family? My favorite thing to cook for my family is soup! We love soup and sandwiches. Or soup with a good homemade crusty bread, some cheese and apples.. love! At the moment we’ve been on a coconut curry chicken soup kick! It’s the perfect balance of spice, creaminess, and warmth! Never underestimate the soup! Favorite beer to drink at Hog Molly? My favorite beer at HogMolly has got to be the Chop block! Lou is a straight wizard. He truly creates magic! They’re all so good!! Tell us a fun fact about you that few people know! Fun fact, I’m a fantasy nerd. Lol. I love Tolkien. The Dark Crystal, The Labyrinth, The never-ending Story, Princess Bride... the list could go on and on!
